I give permission for my child to participate and attend PoliticsInAction Camp 2025 at Immanuel Bible Church. I give permission for photographs and/or videos to be taken of my student during the club for promotional purposes. I absolve all counselors and volunteers involved with PoliticsInAction as well as Immanuel Bible Church from responsibility for accidents, incidents, or injuries which may occur over the duration of the club during any aspect of the club. I give permission to the adult(s) in charge to give medications to my child and to provide or get emergency medical treatment (including local ambulatory care and transportation to the nearest hospital) for my child, and I will financially be responsible for any such treatment. I have disclosed any and all of my child's medical conditions that could impact their safety or the safety of others. I also agree to pay for any damage made by my child if it is proven my child did so. I understand that if my student(s) are expelled for any substantive reason I will not receive a refund. I also recognize that PoliticsInAction has a standard dress code, statement of faith, statement of politics, and code of conduct, and I will see that my student(s) adhere to all applicable rules and regulations and that they exercise reasonable respect for all applicable standards. I understand that I am entitled to a full refund from the signature of this agreement until 14 calendar days, and from that point on, I am no longer able to receive a refund.
